Refund & Cancellation
Contact: [email protected]. Related policies live under Privacy Notice, Cookie Settings, Refund & Cancellation, and User Agreement as applicable.
1. Exceptions
Certain bespoke mentor packages, third-party examination vouchers, or shipping of physical kits may be labeled non-refundable at checkout; such labels control where they are conspicuous and agreed before payment authorization.
Promotional bundles that include partner perks may require partial retention if perks were already redeemed.
2. Exceptions — documentation
We maintain internal records of exception approvals to ensure consistent treatment across cohorts.
External reviewers may audit samples of refund decisions for quality standards compliance.
3. Scope
This policy applies to tuition and service fees purchased directly through AppMint Academy channels for programs listed on gersutral.digital, excluding marketplace resellers unless expressly stated.
Corporate invoices may carry distinct terms referenced in the purchase order.
4. Scope — geography
Consumers ordinarily resident in Korea benefit from mandatory protections that prevail over any conflicting clause.
Cross-border learners receive at least the remedies described here unless local law grants more favorable rights.
5. Contact
Refund requests should be emailed to [email protected] with enrollment identifiers, payment references, and a concise explanation so we can match your record quickly.
Phone routing for billing questions appears on the Contact page during business hours.
6. Contact — verification
We may verify identity before issuing refunds to protect against fraud on high-value seats.
Agents will never ask for unrelated passwords or one-time codes unrelated to the transaction.
7. Timeframe
Standard digital cohort purchases may be canceled within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund provided you have not accessed more than twenty percent of gated materials, measured by released module milestones.
After that window, partial credits may be offered case-by-case where health or relocation events are documented.
8. Timeframe — processing clocks
Approved refunds are initiated within five business days but may take additional time to appear depending on card networks or enterprise procurement paths.
Installment plans follow the schedule agreed with the processor; early cancellation may still incur disclosed fees from that processor.
9. Process
Submit a written request, receive acknowledgment with a ticket identifier, allow review of access logs and payment status, then receive a decision with reasoning if declined.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which case we propose an alternative traceable channel.
10. Process — partial completion
If you completed a substantial milestone, we may offer credit toward another cohort instead of cash refund, where permitted.
Credits expire within twelve months unless extended in writing.
11. Eligibility
Eligibility depends on purchase type, time elapsed, materials accessed, and whether any partner restrictions apply to bundled components.
Abuse patterns such as serial purchases and refunds may lead to suspension of self-service refund tools without waiving statutory rights.
12. Eligibility — good-faith
We evaluate borderline cases with a written rationale stored for internal quality review.
Learners may escalate disagreements through the dispute pathways referenced in the User Agreement.
